Thank you for choosing TrashMCPE as your Minecraft server store for in-game purchases. We strive to provide an enjoyable and satisfying experience for all our players. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
Refund Eligibility:
- In-Game Purchases: Refunds for in-game purchases, such as VIP ranks or in-game credits, are generally not available. Once a purchase is made and the in-game item or currency is delivered, it becomes the property of the player. However, exceptions may be made in cases of proven fraud, technical issues, or unauthorized purchases.
Requesting a Refund:
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions mentioned above, please contact our customer support within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Provide your purchase details, including the transaction ID and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Our support team will review your request and respond to you in a timely manner.
Refund Decisions:
