At TrashMCPE, we strive to offer the best services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances when you might not be satisfied with our services. In such cases, we offer a refund policy as follows:

  1.  7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Please note that we will reset your purchased data manually.
  2. Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us at support@trashmcpe.com with your username and the details of the item you wish to return.
  3. Refund Process: Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  4. Abuse of Refund Policy: If a refund is requested more than twice, we reserve the right to temporarily ban your account to prevent abuse of our refund policy. Also, any resources used during this period will be deducted from your account.
